This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with EPIC DYNAMIC LLC, doing business as Dream Kitchen and Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

All orders are subject to verification and approval. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We partner with manufacturers and warehouses across the United States to ship products directly to customers.
3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping applies to most orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply in certain cases, including:

All products become your responsibility upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
6. Delivery Issues & Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused (without valid reason), or cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues:

Orders shipped outside our normal service area using third-party forwarding services are not eligible for returns.
