Shipping Policy

📦 Order Processing & Confirmation
All orders are subject to verification and approval. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We partner with manufacturers and warehouses across the United States to ship products directly to customers.
- Small parcels ship via FedEx Ground or similar carriers
- Large appliances ship via freight (LTL curbside delivery)
💰 Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping applies to most orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply for oversized or freight shipments, specific brands, or remote delivery zones. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
📅 Delivery Terms
- Delivery dates are estimates only — not guaranteed
- Freight deliveries are curbside only (carrier will not bring items inside)
- A delivery appointment will be scheduled for freight shipments
- An adult (18+) must be present to accept the shipment
⚠️ Important: Failure to accept delivery may result in redelivery fees, storage charges, or return/restocking fees.
🔍 Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
✅ Do not install damaged items. Installed items are not eligible for replacement.
Failure to report within the 48-hour timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
🚛 Freight Delivery Responsibilities
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Refuse delivery if the damage is severe
Failure to document damage at delivery may limit your ability to file a claim.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes.
Orders shipped outside our normal service area using third-party forwarding services are not eligible for returns.
⏱️ Processing & Transit Times
- Tracking is typically provided within 3–7 business days
- Ground shipments: ~10–14 business days after processing
- Freight shipments: ~10–14 business days after processing
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

All products become your responsibility upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
