This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with EPIC DYNAMIC LLC, doing business as Dream Kitchen and Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
All orders are subject to verification and approval. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We partner with manufacturers and warehouses across the United States to ship products directly to customers.
Small parcels ship via FedEx Ground or similar carriers
Large appliances ship via freight (LTL curbside delivery)
Free standard shipping applies to most orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply in certain cases, including:
oversized or freight shipments
specific brands or manufacturers
remote or high-cost delivery zones (e.g., certain NY, DC, MA zip codes)
Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
Freight deliveries are curbside only
The carrier will not bring items inside your home
For freight deliveries:
A delivery appointment will be scheduled
An adult (18+) must be present to accept the shipment
Failure to accept delivery may result in:
redelivery fees
storage charges
return and restocking fees
All products become your responsibility upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
If a shipment is refused (without valid reason), or cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues:
The shipment will be returned to the warehouse
It will be treated as a return
Restocking and return shipping fees will apply
Shipping address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped:
Address changes may not be possible
Additional carrier fees may apply ($150–$500+ depending on carrier)
If your item arrives damaged or missing parts:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and order details
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
⚠️ Do not install damaged items. Installed items are not eligible for replacement.
For freight shipments:
Inspect the package upon delivery
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Refuse delivery if the damage is severe
Failure to document damage at delivery may limit your ability to file a claim.
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We do not ship to:
Alaska, Hawaii
U.S. territories
PO Boxes
Orders shipped outside our normal service area using third-party forwarding services are not eligible for returns.
Tracking is typically provided within 3 - 7 business days
Ground shipments: ~10 - 14 business days after processing
Freight shipments: ~10 - 14 business days after processing
