πŸ“ Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If an order is canceled or refused after it has shipped, it may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees, depending on the manufacturer's policy.

βœ… Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discontinued items (final sale)
  • Accessories (chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, dishwasher panels, range doors, etc.)
  • Items that have been installed or used
⚠️ Important: Installed items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend inspecting all items before installation.

πŸ’° Restocking & Return Fees

Return shipping and restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and product type. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the item is returned to the warehouse, additional fees may apply. All applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.

🏠 ZLINE Kitchen & Bath Returns

  • Within 30 days: Return shipping fee applies
  • Between 30–60 days: Return shipping + restocking fees apply
  • Accessories: Non-returnable

ZLINE Return Shipping Fees:

  • Orders under $100: $25
  • $100–$300: $50
  • Over $300: $100
  • Freight orders: $200

Manufacturer-specific policies may apply and will be provided upon request.

πŸ” Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement if eligible.

βœ… Do not install damaged items. Installed items are not eligible for replacement. Inspect before installation.

πŸ’΅ Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Processing time: Within 48 hours after inspection
  • Bank processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping and restocking fees will be deducted where applicable.

πŸ’³ Shop Pay Installments

If you chose to pay using Shop Pay Installments:

  • Refunds are issued to your Shop Pay Installments account
  • It may take 3–10 business days for the refund to be reflected
  • You are responsible for continuing any scheduled payments until the refund is processed
  • If your refund is less than your total purchase amount, your remaining balance and payment schedule may be adjusted accordingly
  • If your refund exceeds your remaining balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method

Please note that any interest or fees charged by the financing provider may not be refundable, in accordance with their terms.
